Dinepensahan ni Atty. Israelito Torreon si Senador Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa laban sa mga paratang na umiiwas ito sa batas matapos lumabas ang usapin sa arrest warrant mula sa International Criminal Court.
Iginiit ni Torreon na hindi maituturing na tumatakas sa batas si Dela Rosa dahil wala umano itong lokal na warrant of arrest mula sa korte sa Pilipinas.
“He’s not evading the law. Simply because of the fact that there is no local warrant of arrest against him.”
